Shannen Kate Racaza
Administrative & Finance Officer
Shannen is a graduate of Bachelor of Science Management Accounting in the University of San Jose Recoletos, Cebu, Philippines. She is currently working as a finance analyst with Mercedes Benz Group Services – Germany. Shannen attends at the Blessed Christian Church – Assemblies of God under the leadership of Pastor Selwyn Montejo.Shannen knew Harmony of Praise Christian Ministry (HOPCM) only by name when it was established in 2016. In July 2023, she became the administrative assistant of Sis. Nedi (Shannen’s aunt) during the 3-month Cebu, Philippines mission trip, that primarily focused on the restructuring of HOPCM Philippines. During those 3 months, Shannen fell in love with the ministry and its cause. She began to realize the significant importance and urgency of the fulfillment of HOPCM’s great vision to God’s heart. For Shannen, the restructuring process for HOPCM Philippines during the 3-month mission trip was difficult due to several hindrances, financial shortage, time constraint and her Aunt Nedi’s physical setbacks.
“During those incredibly challenging times, I witnessed how the hand of God orchestrated everything to prove that He is author and the Master of HOPCM and made the 3 months mission trip a remarkable success. That mission trip played the most significant part to why I am here and fully committed to God, who called me to this ministry. I feel so blessed to be given the opportunity to serve Him in this purpose. Glory to God!!!”
